Lubricants for quarries and construction industry

TP TRANS 80W-90

„3 functions” lubricant for materiāls used in publicē works or quarries. Lubricates front or back axles with or without a limited slip self-blocking differential. Is used in gear cases and final reductions working under heavy loads and with shocks. Permits the cooling and the good work without vibrations of the immersed brake systems.

Available in: 20L, 208L

STAR TRANS 80W-110

Very high performance lubricant specially developed for the lubrication of materials used in public works, mines or quarries. Makes it possible to lubricate front or back strongly hypoid axles and loaded final reductions. Usable in limited slip self-locking disc differentials. Permits also the cooling and good work without vibrations of oil immersed brake systems. Can be used in all types of gearboxes, with mechanical or synchronized brake system. Can be used all year round from -15°C to +40°C.

Available in: 20L, 208L

STAR MAX FE 10W-30

Very high performance lubricant specially developed for the lubrication of materials used in public works, mines or quarries. It provides substantial economies within the fuel consumption reduction.
Lubricates diesel engines of the last generation, depolluted engines according to the TIER 1, 2 or 3 (Euro StageIII) standards.
Applies in all hydraulic systems, high or low pressure, equipped with very high performance filters, in the inlet or outlet of oil.
Lubricates the oldest of current gearboxes, manual or powershift.
Can be used in all seasons from -15°C to +35°C.

Available in: 20L, 208L

RUBIA S 30

Monograde lubricant for diesel engines. Suitable for all turbocharged or normally aspirated diesel engines of civil works, machines, trucks, locomotives. Suitable for diesel stationary engines (energy production). Also suitable for gear boxes, torque converters when the manufacturer requires an engine oil with appropriate grade for these applications.

Available in: 20L, 60L, 208L

RUBIA S 10W

Diesel engine type lubricant for hydraulic applications. Recommended for hydraulic systems when the manufacturer requires an engine oil with appropriate grade for these applications.

Available in: 20L, 60L, 208L

RUBIA S 20W20

Monograde lubricant for diesel engines. Recommended for hydraulic systems when the manufacturer requires an engine oil with appropriate grade for these applications.

Available in: 20L, 60L, 208L

DYNATRANS AC 10W, 30, 50

Lubricants for hydraulic systems and transmission components (axles or gearboxes) equipped with specific brake friction discs. For CATERPILLAR equipment and between -10°C and +40°C:

  • grade SAE 10W is used in hydraulic systems
  • grade SAE 30 is used in powershift gearboxes
  • grade SAE 50 is used in axles and final drives.

Available in: 20L, 208L

AZOLLA ZS

Very high performance anti-wear hydraulic oil. Designed for use in all kind of hydraulic systems running under the most difficult conditions, such as in machine tools, mould injection machines, presses and other industrial or mobile equipment. Also used in many other applications where an universal high performance anti-wear lubricant is the first choice: low charged gears, sliding and roller bearings, air compressors, servo-motors and control systems equipped with the fine filtration systems.

Available in: 5L, 20L, 60L, 208L, 1000L

EQUIVIS ZS

High viscosity index anti-wear hydraulic oils. Recommended for all kind of hydraulic systems operating under high pressure (limita s indicated by the pump manufacturer) and high temperature (up to 100°C in hot points. Especially suitable for hydraulic systems working under extreme temperature variations and equipment operating outside: easy startat low temperature (-30°C) and regular operating in all seasons: civil engeneering, agriculture, marine, transport and other industrial applications.
