Multipurpose chlorine-free microemulsion recommended in workshops handling many different machining operations and materials.
Particularly suitable for difficult machinig processes.
Machining ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Good results in plane, cylindrical or centerless grinding.
Recommended proportions:
- grinding: 4%
- moderate machining: 5-7%
- severe machining: 6-9%

SPIRIT ASI 7000
Chlorine-free microemulsion intended for difficult machining operations on structural and hard steels.
Excellent cutting performance on high-silicon aluminium alloys.
Recommended proportions:
- grinding: 4%
- moderate machining: 5-7%
- severe machining: 6-9%
Available in: 208L
VULSOL MS 7500
Chlorine-free synthetis cutting fluid recommended for machining and grinding steel and its alloys as well as non-ferrous metals.
Also intended for machining a variety of plastics materiāls and for machining and polishing special optical glasses.
Recommended quantities:
- machining: 4-6%
- grinding: 3-4%

VALONA MS 7023
Chlorine-free neat cutting oil for heavy duty machining ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Widely used on cutting operations on hard and very hard steels (bearing steels), on special, stainless and refractory steels (NIMONIC and VASPALLOY), and on titan alloys (aviation and medical applications).
It can also be used on low carbon steels and copper alloys.
Machinings lubricated: turning, screwcutting, milling, threading, tapping, sawing, deep drilling.

VALONA ST 5022
Chlorine-free neat cutting oil for severe machining ONLY ferrous metals.
Used in all cutting operations on all ferrous metals: low carbon steels, hard and very hard steels (bearing stels), on tensile steels.
NOT TO BE USED on copper alloy metals (stain risk on workpieces after cutting operations).
Machinings lubricated: severe machinings of drilling, turning, screwcutting, boring, gear cutting, milling, threading, tapping.

VALONA ST 9037
Chlorine-free neat cutting oil with specificē additives specially suitable for all difficult machining opearations on ferrous metals.
Particularly suitable for machining operations on carbon steels, high alloy steels and stainless steels.
Must ONLY be used on ferrous metals.
Currently lubricated operations:
- thread and cogs grinding, and deep rough grinding,
- tapping alloy steels and stainless steels,
- gear cutting and shaving,
- low-speed broaching.
